Kevin P. Connolly, Esq. is a seasoned trial attorney with more than three decades of experience litigating complex disputes in state courts throughout New York. At McGiff Dooley Nador Esqs., Mr. Connolly works closely with the firm’s attorneys on insurance defense, corporate and commercial matters and serves as the firm’s trial counsel. His practice encompasses a broad range of civil litigation, including commercial disputes, construction matters, and personal injury defense, with extensive experience trying cases to verdict.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Connolly spent many years as a senior trial counsel for Travelers Insurance and corporate clients in high-stakes litigation across New York City and Long Island. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Connolly has long been involved in real estate development and brings substantial practical experience as a developer, construction manager, and attorney handling disputes arising in those industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Connolly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice John Carey of the Westchester County Supreme Court. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating magna cum laude.
